“Complaint against CML because the bike path on Av. de Berna can work?” - Pedro Drago

Pedro Drago, partner at Rogério Alves & Associados, participated in the article “Complaint against CML because the bike path on Avenida de Berna can work?” from the October 31 online edition of Saturday Magazine.

In this article, Pedro Drago, regarding the popular action that arose in response to the intention of the Lisbon City Council to remove “two-thirds of the bike path on the avenue” and to make “one third bidirectional”, states that “the means of complaint through popular action “is correct”. According to paragraph 3 of article 52 of the Constitution, “it gives any citizen the right to exercise before any court the defense of vague interests, which seems to me to be the case at hand”.
