A founding member of RA&A, he is responsible for the Family and Succession Law group, and one of those responsible for the Litigation and Arbitration Area. He is a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and intervenes in national and international arbitration, as an arbitrator. He served as Vice President of the General Council of the Portuguese Bar Association.
Founding partner of RA&A, he is co-responsible for the area of Business Law, with a special focus on Real Estate Law, Financial Law, and Commercial and Corporate Law. He has actively participated in several real estate investment and divestment operations, as well as in the establishment of Real Estate Investment Funds.
The high degree of qualification of the teams in each practice area makes it possible to present solutions to all the needs of each client.
RA maintains partnerships with international offices, in order to monitor corporate and financial transactions, observing the rules of Compliance. It also integrates relevant international bar associations, ensuring a globalized provision of services.
