International Fraud & Asset Tracing 2025: Portugal

Rogério Alves & Associados participated in the most recent edition of the Chambers and Partners directory, designated International Fraud & Asset Tracing 2025, through two articles.

The first was co-authored by partner André Matos Faria and associates Amanda Bueno Almeida and Lua da Mota Santos.

The second was written by partners Bárbara Marinho e Pinto and Ana Reis Mota, and associate João Diogo Melo.

The articles covered matters related to the fight against corruption and fraud, as well as to the problem of asset recovery, through a synthetic statement of the current legal framework.
