Rogério Alves Closes Justiça Cega's Season

Rogério Alves was the guest of Rádio Observador's Justiça Cega program, in its last edition before the vacation break, where he analyzed various aspects related to the universe of justice, based on two specific cases: the process between the Angels and Joana Marques and the so-called Operation Marquis.

He emphasized the necessary preservation of defense guarantees, enshrined decades ago in the Constitution and in the law, stressing that neither the trial can prevent the exercise of these guarantees, nor should the exercise of guarantees prevent the trial.
