On February 2nd, 2024, the following case law was established by the full criminal sections of the Supreme Court of Justice: “Pursuant to paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 449º of the Code of Criminal Procedure, an extraordinary appeal to review the order revoking the suspension of execution of the sentence is not admissible.”
