The Exceptional and Temporary Regime in the context of price increases with an impact on public contracts

Decree-Law no. 36/2022, of May 20, established exceptional and temporary price revision measures, in response to the abrupt increase in the costs of raw materials, materials, labor and support equipment, which have an impact on public contracts, with a special focus on public works contracts that are already under execution or are to be concluded.
