FLASH: Decent Work Agenda

Law No. 13/2023, of April 3, with entry into force on May 1, was published, which makes several amendments to the Labor Code and related legislation, implementing the provisions of the “Decent Work Agenda”. This Flash intends to note its most relevant points, in a non-exhaustive way, seeking to simplify the complexity of the matter now published.
