Bárbara Marinho e Pinto Comments on “The Beginning of the End of the Presumption of Innocence”

Bárbara Marinho e Pinto, partner at RA, commented on “the beginning of the end of the presumption of innocence” in an opinion article published in Revista Sábado.

She mentioned that “we cannot be held hostage to today's growing discourse, according to which those who claim to be victims deserve more credit than those who are suspects” and alerted for the need not to form convictions hastily and without contradiction in justice.
