According to Pedro Drago and Simão Campos Dâmaso, from the area of Public Law, and columnists for Jornal de Negócios, “The only legally admissible way of terminating her contract, allowing Alexandra Reis to receive compensation, would be to 'dismiss for reasons of mere convenience'”.
