Ana Pedrosa-Augusto

Law degree, in 2003, from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon;

Master in Legal-Business Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2008;

Completed a Postgraduate Degree in Taxation, School of Economic and Business Sciences and Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University in 2009;

Completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in 2011;

PhD student in Tourism, Institute of Geography and Spatial Planning of the University of Lisbon and the Estoril School of Hospitality and Tourism;

Registered with the Portuguese Bar Association.

He works in the area of Business Law, with a particular focus on the areas of Tax Law, Real Estate Law, and Commercial and Corporate Law. In this context, in addition to national companies and multinational groups, it accompanies the Private Clients segment, especially when it comes to
Private Wealth and Relocation.

He has been a member of the panel of Arbitrators in tax matters of the Administrative Arbitration Center - CAAD, since 2014, and a member of the Portuguese Tax Association. He has participated in several operations involving the planning and implementation of real estate investments and projects, negotiation of user contracts and management
of real estate, restructuring of business groups, foreign investment and internationalization
of Portuguese companies, as well as in Private Wealth and Private Relocation transactions.
