Partner
Founding and Managing partner of RA&A, is head of Litigation and Arbitration, focusing on White Collar Criminal Law and Criminal Litigation.
Acts as arbitrator in national and international Arbitrations.
Former President of the Portuguese Bar Association, he’s Invited Professor in Legal Discourse and Presentation at the Lisbon Law School of Catholic University.
João Perry da Câmara
Partner
Founding partner of RA&A, is responsible for the area of Family and Successions Law, and one of the responsible for the Litigation and Arbitration Area.
Member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and participates in national and international arbitrations, as arbitrator.
Served in the Lisbon District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association, as Vice-President of the Lisbon District Council.
João Pedro Varandas

Founding partner of RA&A, is co-responsible for the area of Business Law, with special focus on the areas of Real Estate Law, Financial Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Has actively participated in several real estate investment and divestment operations, as well as in the constitution of Real Estate Investment Funds.

Partner in RA&A, works mainly in the area of Business Law, with particular focus on the areas of Tax Law, Real Estate Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Is a member of the panel of Arbitrators on tax matters of Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa [Administrative Arbitration Centre] – CAAD, and is also member of the Portuguese Tax Association.

Hugo Correia
Of-Counsel
Hugo Correia practices in the area of Administrative Law, Real Estate, Energy and Environment, with main focus on public procurement, construction, development and planning, tourism, waste management, public-private partnerships, regulatory framework and litigation.
Hugo advises public and private entities, as well on public-private partnerships, in a range of sectors including health, renewables, energy, construction, waste treatment and tourism.
He is an arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Board (CAAD), an administrative arbitration centre supported by the Portuguese Ministry of Justice.
