Rogério Alves & Associados - Law Firm's Founding Partners - Rogério Alves and João Perry da Câmara - have been appointed arbitrators at "Centro de Arbitragens Voluntárias da Propriedade e Inquilinato".

The "Centro de Arbitragens Voluntárias da Propriedade e Inquilinato", created in 2001,  aims to promote agreements between the parties in dispute. The "Centro de Arbitragens Voluntárias da Propriedade e Inquilinato" foresees the existence of an Arbitration Court, which may be composed by three arbitrators, but is usually integrated by a single arbitrator acting as a judge in a judicial court.

The "Centro de Arbitragem Voluntária" may intervene in subjects arising from several agreements (or promissory agreements) such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Donations, Use of Property Agreements, Easements, or Lending Agreements.
