Founding and Managing partner of RA&A, is head of Litigation and Arbitration, focusing on White Collar Criminal Law and Criminal Litigation.
Acts as arbitrator in national and international Arbitrations.
Former President of the Portuguese Bar Association, he’s Invited Professor in Legal Discourse and Presentation at the Lisbon Law School of Catholic University.
João Perry da Câmara

Founding partner of RA&A, is responsible for the area of Family and Successions Law, and one of the responsible for the Litigation and Arbitration Area.
Member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and participates in national and international arbitrations, as arbitrator.
Served in the Lisbon District Council of the Portuguese Bar Association, as Vice-President of the Lisbon District Council.
Filipe Barata

Founding partner of RA&A, is co-responsible for the area of Business Law, with special focus on the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Pharmaceutical Law and International Business Law (Angola and Portuguese Speaking Countries).
Has also been professionally active in the Republic of Angola, assisting Portuguese clients and local clients.
Is Member of the Portuguese Tax Association.

Founding partner of RA&A, is co-responsible for the area of Business Law, with special focus on the areas of Real Estate Law, Financial Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Has actively participated in several real estate investment and divestment operations, as well as in the constitution of Real Estate Investment Funds.
Ana Pedrosa Augusto

Partner in RA&A, works mainly in the area of Business Law, with particular focus on the areas of Tax Law, Real Estate Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Is a member of the panel of Arbitrators on tax matters of Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa [Administrative Arbitration Centre] – CAAD, and is Invited Assistant at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril [School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril].

Pedro Monteiro Fernandes has a Postgraduate Degree in Business Management in the Insurance business and attends a Master’s programme in Sports Law.
Is Chief-Arbitrator of the Economic and Social Board and Vice-President of the Disciplinary Board of the Lisbon Football Association.
