Founding and Managing partner of RA&A, is head of Litigation and Arbitration, focusing on White Collar Criminal Law and Criminal Litigation.
Acts as arbitrator in national and international Arbitrations.
Former President of the Portuguese Bar Association, he’s Invited Professor in Legal Discourse and Presentation at the Lisbon Law School of Catholic University.
Manuel Valente
Of-Counsel
Associate at Rogério Alves & Associates, holds a Ph.D. in Law, is University Lecturer and author of several legal works and articles, published in Portugal and abroad.
Is Scientific Coordinator of several Master’s, Postgraduate and specialisation programmes in Portuguese and Brazilian Universities, and of several scientific works.
Works mainly in the areas of the practice of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Constitutional Criminal Law, European Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Police Law and Security and Criminal Policy Law.
