Our specialised Public Procurement lawyers provide legal advice on local government licences and public tenders, launching public tenders, regulations and specifications, as well as the creation of legal vehicles such as consortia and joint ventures, to enable companies to participate in public tenders and conclude projects.

José Conde Rodrigues

Of-counsel at Rogério Alves & Associates, has a Postgraduate Degree in Legal Sciences, Business Management and in Political Theory and International Relations, and is the author of several legal works and articles.
Is an arbitrator in administrative matters of CAAD – Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa [Administrative Arbitration Centre] and arbitrator appointed by the Lisbon Court of Appeal.
Works mainly in the area of Public Law practice.
