We provide tax advice to economic groups, listed and other large companies, credit and financial institutions, investment funds operating in the Portuguese market, as well as foundations and private investors.
In the Tax area we work integrated and together with other Practice Areas of the firm, in order to provide our Clients efficient and innovative tax solutions in all business areas.
We advise our Clients on a regular basis or in individual transactions, including tax optimization of the activity of economic groups, international tax planning, tax planning for mergers, acquisitions and restructurings, tax planning operations of the financial sector and related financial products, tax planning operations of the real estate sector and the resolution of tax disputes and tax litigation.

Has also been professionally active in the Republic of Angola, assisting Portuguese clients and local clients.
Is Member of the Portuguese Tax Association.

Partner in RA&A, works mainly in the area of Business Law, with particular focus on the areas of Tax Law, Real Estate Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Is a member of the panel of Arbitrators on tax matters of Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa [Administrative Arbitration Centre] – CAAD, and is Invited Assistant at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril [School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril].
