Our Restructuring team is dedicated to the monitoring of the various dimensions of restructuring and liquidation of the Company, including, in the perspective of creditors, the defense of their claims and the full exercise of their legal rights.
Under the perspective of the company, our Restructuring team is specially suited for counseling regarding viability scenarios, before or during legal proceedings, including recourse to extrajudicial conciliation mechanisms, restructuring by agreement or judicial models of Reconciliation or Recovery.
Within the liquidation of assets, our specialized lawyers act in order to value the assets and the actual payment to creditors.

Partner
Founding partner of RA&A, is co-responsible for the area of Business Law, with special focus on the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, Pharmaceutical Law and International Business Law (Angola and Portuguese Speaking Countries).
Has also been professionally active in the Republic of Angola, assisting Portuguese clients and local clients.
Is Member of the Portuguese Tax Association.
João Pedro Varandas
Partner
Founding partner of RA&A, is co-responsible for the area of Business Law, with special focus on the areas of Real Estate Law, Financial Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Has actively participated in several real estate investment and divestment operations, as well as in the constitution of Real Estate Investment Funds.
Ana Pedrosa Augusto

Partner in RA&A, works mainly in the area of Business Law, with particular focus on the areas of Tax Law, Real Estate Law and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Is a member of the panel of Arbitrators on tax matters of Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa [Administrative Arbitration Centre] – CAAD, and is Invited Assistant at Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril [School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril].
Member of the Portuguese Tax Association.
